-Doctoral\/Master degree-seeking applicants who are currently university lecturers or professors in South and Southeast Asia and expected to admit –Doctoral\/Master degree programs for the first semester of the 2024 academic year.
\n– Applicants for an Elite Scholarship must apply directly to Taipei National University of the Arts for foreign student admission of Fall Semester, 2024. Foreign student admission period starts from February 1 to March 31, 2024.
\n-Please note that admission applications and scholarship applications are separate. An applicant who receives this Elite Scholarship award is NOT guaranteed a TNUA entrance admission, and vice versa.<\/p>\n

STUDENTS MAY NOT APPLY IF THEY<\/p>\n
1. Hold Taiwan (R.O.C.) nationality or have the status of an overseas Chinese student.<\/p>\n
2. Are enrolled or have retained admission in a university in Taiwan. (This restriction does not apply to students who are on course to graduate and will be pursuing their next degree; however, they must still be a lecturer from a South or Southeast Asian country.)<\/p>\n
3. Previously studied in Taiwan for a degree at the same level.<\/p>\n
4. Are exchange students or dual-degree students through a partnership agreement with an institution overseas.<\/p>\n
5. Have already received stipends through this program for more than three years.<\/p>\n
6. Have been awarded by foreign governmental institutions or scholarship from a Taiwan (R.O.C.) government agency to support their studies in Taiwan.<\/p>\n

1. \u5177\u50d1\u751f\u8eab\u5206\u6216\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u570b\u7c4d\u3002<\/p>\n
2. \u5df2\u4fdd\uf9cd\u570b\u5167\u5927\u5b78\u6821\u9662\u5b78\u7c4d\u6216\u5df2\u5728\u81fa\u8a3b\u518a\u5165\u5b78\u5c31\u8b80\u570b\u5167\u5927\u5b78\u6821\u9662\u8005\u3002\u4f46\u7533\u8acb\u4e0b\u4e00\u968e\u6bb5\u5b78\u4f4d\u4e4b\u61c9\u5c46\u7562\u696d\u751f\uff0c\u4e0d\u5728\u6b64\u9650\uff0c\u60df\u4ecd\u9808\u7b26\u5408\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u53ca\u5357\u4e9e\u570b\u5bb6\u5927\u5b78\u8b1b\u5e2b\u4e4b\u8cc7\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n

NOTE<\/p>\n
1. Recipients are NOT allowed to receive TNUA International Student Scholarship during the offered period of this scholarship.<\/p>\n
2. Recipient who violates Taiwan\u2019s laws and regulations, who is subject to serious disciplinary action, or who withdraws or is expelled from TNUA shall have their scholarship revoked.<\/p>\n
3. Recipient who goes overseas to another country as an exchange student or dual\/joint degree student and unauthorized departure from Taiwan without the consent of the Ministry of Education will have their Taiwan Scholarship revoked. They are not permitted to retain the still unused part of their scholarship or have the award period extended for them to be able to resume receiving the original scholarship when they return to Taiwan.<\/p>\n

3. \u53d7\u734e\u751f\u4ee5\u4ea4\u63db\u5b78\u751f\u6216\u96d9\uff08\u806f\uff09\u5b78\u4f4d\u751f\u8eab\u5206\u51fa\u570b\u5c31\u8b80\u8005\u53ca\u672a\u7d93\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u540c\u610f\u800c\u81ea\u884c\u96e2\u81fa\u8005\uff0c\u61c9\u5ee2\u6b62\u5176\u734e\u5b78\u91d1\uff0c\u6240\u9918\u53d7\u734e\u671f\u9650\u4e0d\u5f97\u4fdd\uf9cd\u6216\u5c55\u5ef6\u3002<\/p>\n
